Laura Phoenix has been teaching yoga full time since 2012. In that time she has created yoga programming for veterans at multiple facilities. Laura has both experience and expertise teaching yoga for trauma. She is also a survivor of domestic violence. Laura is in treatment for PTSD–and she believes that her meditation and yoga practices in combination with the support of community are her most valuable tools for healing.
